Event Logistics

Location

The NC Commodities Conference will take place on January 14-15, 2026 at the Greenville Convention Center located at 303 SW Greenville Blvd., Greenville, NC. 

Please Note : This is now a one day event on Jan 15th, 2026!

REGISTRATION

We encourage you to REGISTER and book your hotel right away if you plan to attend, as conference capacity is limited.  

Board Members: please register but do not book your hotel. Separate communication to follow.

Registration Includes:

• All conferences sessions 

• Breakfast, lunch and breaks during the conference

HOTEL

We recommend booking your accommodations as soon as possible, as once the block is full, room rates and availability will revert to standard rates.  Our Hilton room block closes on Monday, December 22, 2025. Our Hampton room block closes on Monday, December 15, 2025and has a very limited number of rooms available. All rooms are on a first-come, first-served basis while they last!

• BOOK YOUR HAMPTON HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS HERE or call (252) 355-7400 and ask for the NC Commodities Group rate. No code needed. Please note this is a Hilton property but will list Hampton in the booking.

  Board Members: do not book your hotel. Separate communication to follow

• IMPORTANT:  For rooms booked outside of the room block (Expedia, etc.), we are unable to assist with hotel issues

• Room rate: $159 per night (plus taxes/hotel fees) available until Monday, December 22, 2025 or until our block is sold out (prices increase after this date and rooms are subject to availability)

• Each Individual is responsible for the sleeping room rate (including any tax) and incidental charges (e.g. room service, gift shop charges, in-room entertainment, etc.)

• At the time of reservation and at check-in, each guest is required to present a major credit card whose brand is accepted by Hotel.  The Hotel may place a hold or process a prepayment in the amount of the estimated charges.

• The hotel has a 48 hours cancellation policy.  To avoid fees, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance.

Hampton Hotel

• Room rate: Very limited rooms available. $155 per night (plus taxes/hotel fees) available until Monday, December 22, 2025 or until the courtesy block is sold out (prices increase after this date and rooms are subject to availability)

• Each Individual is responsible for the sleeping room rate (including any tax) and incidental charges (e.g. room service, gift shop charges, in-room entertainment, etc.)

TRANSPORTATION

Airport:  The closest airport is the Pitt-Greenville Airport.

Ground Transportation:

• The airport has rental cars.  

• Uber and Lyft both have good availability.  The rate is approximately $20 one way

• There is no hotel shuttle available for the Hilton

• Parking at the Hilton is available no charge
