The 2027 NC Commodity Conference is heading back to Greenville, NC!

Mark your calendars for January 13-14, 2027 at the Greenville Convention Center located at 303 SW Greenville Blvd., Greenville, NC. 

Please Note : This is now a one day event on Jan 14th, 2026!

REGISTRATION

We encourage you to book your hotel right away if you plan to attend, as conference capacity is limited.  

BOARD MEMBERS (NC Corn, Cotton, Small Grain, Soy) : DO NOT book your own hotel. Separate communication to follow

Registration Includes:

  • All conferences sessions and access to the trade show all day

  • Breakfast, lunch and breaks during the conference

HOTEL

We recommend booking your accommodations as soon as possible, as once the block is full, room rates and availability will revert to standard rates.  All rooms are on a first-come, first-served basis while they last!

Reservations

The Holiday Inn and Hampton Greenville still have rooms available but they are no longer at the discounted group block rate as those closed on Dec 15th, 2025.

  • BOOK YOUR HAMPTON HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS HERE or call (252) 355-7400 and ask for the NC Commodities Group rate $157. No code needed. Please note this is a Hilton property but will list Hampton in the booking. Block closes on Dec 13th.

Holiday Inn Hotel - Block Closes December 21st, 2026

  • Check-in time: 3pm and check-out time: 11am. Minimum check-in age is 21.

  • Room rate: Very limited rooms available. $139 per night (plus taxes/hotel fees) available until December 21, 2025 or until the courtesy block is sold out (prices increase after this date and rooms are subject to availability)

  • Breakfast is not included with this rate. It can be purchased separately at the front desk.

  • Each Individual is responsible for the sleeping room rate (including any tax) and incidental charges (e.g. room service, gift shop charges, in-room entertainment, etc.)

  • At the time of reservation and at check-in, each guest is required to present a major credit card whose brand is accepted by Hotel. The Hotel may place a hold or process a prepayment in the amount of the estimated charges.

  • The hotel has a 48 hours cancellation policy.  To avoid fees, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance.

Hampton Hotel - Block Closes December 13th, 2026

  • Room rate: Very limited rooms available. $157 per night (plus taxes/hotel fees) available until December 13, 2025 or until the courtesy block is sold out (prices increase after this date and rooms are subject to availability)

  • Each Individual is responsible for the sleeping room rate (including any tax) and incidental charges (e.g. room service, gift shop charges, in-room entertainment, etc.)

TRANSPORTATION

Airport:  The closest airport is the Pitt-Greenville Airport.

Ground Transportation:

  • The airport has rental cars.  

  • Uber and Lyft both have good availability.  The rate is approximately $20 one way

  • There is no hotel shuttle available for the Hilton

  • Parking at the Hilton is available no charge
